Strategic Account Executive – Turkey

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential DevSecOps platform provider seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage large enterprise accounts in Turkey. In this role, you will:

• Lead strategic account management for large enterprise prospects and customers throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle
• Conduct prospecting and develop new business opportunities within strategic accounts
• Ensure successful product rollout and adoption through coordinated account management with technical and support teams
• Generate qualified leads and expand business development in partnership with strategic channel partners
• Prepare detailed activity reports and sales forecasts
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and communicate insights across sales, marketing, and technical teams
• Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying product feedback and business needs to product management
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to develop formal proposals addressing customer business challenges
• Create comprehensive account plans tailored to each customer's specific requirements
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies for the region

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record selling into large enterprise organizations
• Strong account management capabilities with the ability to work independently on complex projects
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques
• Genuine commitment to delivering customer value and ensuring ROI on customer investments
• Experience with software development tools, application lifecycle management, or version control systems is preferred
• Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and business development
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
