Mid Market Account Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud software organization in the UK that is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join their growing sales team. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue in the contact center technology space.

Our client is a leader in their field, known for innovation and a collaborative culture. This position offers the opportunity to work with mid-market accounts, own the full sales cycle, and make a significant impact on company growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive revenue within your specified region or named account list
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking and strategic outreach
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation via networking, associations, and industry events
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact through closure
• Develop and present quarterly business plans during review sessions
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within CRM systems
• Self-generate leads through personal connections, referral partners, and regional events
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout implementation and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of contact center software or CRM sales experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven experience selling at the C-level
• Demonstrated track record of sales excellence and quota achievement
• Superior professional presence and strong business acumen
• Self-starter mindset with ability to create and manage a robust pipeline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling to CMO-level executives
• Knowledge of UK market or assigned territory
