Werkstudent Projekt-, Asset- und Kostenmanagement – Bereich Real Estate (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate organization with operations across Germany. Our talent team is seeking a working student to support project, asset, and cost management functions. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate project coordination within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project, planning, and construction meetings to coordinate activities
• Provide operational support across service areas and actively contribute to project, asset, and cost management initiatives
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project
• Generate cost reports and assist with ongoing cost tracking and control
• Support the review and verification of proposals and invoices from planners and contractors

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a Master's student in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Relevant practical experience gained through internships, working student roles, or thesis projects in project management
• Strong interest in project, asset, and/or cost management within the real estate sector
• Structured, conscientious, and results-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of working in international teams
• Communicative personality with fluent German and very good English language skills
