Account Executive (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking an Account Executive to drive new business development in München. In this role, you will:

• Acquire new customers and guide them through the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
• Conduct structured needs analyses to understand how organizations currently manage customer communication and identify improvement opportunities
• Advise decision-makers on selecting appropriate solutions for telephony, availability, and customer service requirements
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific use cases and business challenges
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions for complex client requirements
• Support tenders and selection processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Negotiate proposals, commercial terms, and contract agreements
• Work alongside system partners during customer selection and implementation projects
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM system
• Provide market feedback to inform sales process and product development improvements

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales of complex solutions
• Proven track record of new business wins with deal values in the five-figure range
• Experience managing multi-stage decision processes with multiple client stakeholders
• Strong competency in needs analysis, proposal development, and negotiation
• Technical aptitude and willingness to deeply understand our client's solutions
• Structured working style with experience using CRM systems and professional pipeline management
• Fluent German and good English language skills

Preferred experience:

• Background selling cloud telephony, unified communications, or contact center solutions
• SaaS or software sales experience
• Collaboration with system integrators, IT service providers, or channel partners
• Experience with public tenders or formalized procurement processes
