Werkstudent Sales Development (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for Sales Development in München. This role offers an excellent entry point into B2B sales, with hands-on responsibility from day one and clear growth opportunities within the sales organization.

Our client helps businesses improve their customer communication through innovative software solutions. As they expand their customer base, they need motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people, researching companies, and building relationships with potential clients.

This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely after onboarding. You'll be expected to attend the München office for training sessions, feedback meetings, and team events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies that match target customer profiles
• Identify relevant contacts within organizations and maintain CRM records
• Support outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess fit and needs
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Document activities, insights, and outcomes in company systems
• Collaborate on developing and testing outreach sequences and messaging approaches
• Provide feedback from conversations and research to sales and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university or college (Hochschule)
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn new topics
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to new contacts

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer contact, service, sales, recruiting, or similar roles
• Interest in sales, software, digitalization, or customer service
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or other digital tools
• Long-term interest in building B2B sales experience
