Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social & AI (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European e-commerce organization in the home and living sector, and we're searching for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Social and AI integration. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of paid social channels while pioneering AI-driven campaign workflows in a high-growth digital environment.

Based in Berlin, this role combines strategic campaign management with cutting-edge AI implementation. You'll lead paid social strategy across major platforms while driving innovation through large language models and generative AI tools to transform how our client approaches analysis, reporting, and creative development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategy across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit Ads, and TikTok to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and performance objectives
• Manage end-to-end campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization while collaborating with Google Ads and Bing Ads teams for integrated performance insights
• Pioneer the integration of LLMs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for automated campaign data analysis, developing prompts and workflows for accelerated reporting, anomaly detection, and optimization
• Leverage generative AI for ad copy creation, variant testing, and creative ideation, providing senior-level feedback to design and content teams
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) with marketing mix modeling, implementing tracking tools including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs
• Lead continuous A/B testing of ad formats, audiences, and budgets while evaluating new advertising opportunities and AI-powered ad products
• Mentor junior team members and share AI expertise across the marketing organization

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and other paid social channels, including demonstrable budget or project responsibility
• Must-have: Proven practical experience using AI tools and LLMs in marketing contexts (prompt engineering for reporting, campaign analysis, or creative support). You actively follow AI trends and are eager to implement innovative approaches
• Expert-level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and strong analytical capabilities with standard reporting and attribution tools
• Experience with Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, Bing Ads, and server-side tracking is advantageous
• Prior experience providing guidance to junior colleagues is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with solution-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for e-commerce
• Excellent German and English language skills (additional languages are beneficial)
