About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology company seeking a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor for a freelance, fully remote position based in the United Kingdom. This organization is at the forefront of generative AI video production and serves millions of users globally.

In this role, you will craft high-quality, narrative-driven video content using cutting-edge AI video generation tools. You'll own the entire production pipeline—from conceptualization and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery. This position requires comfort working with NSFW content and emerging AI video models.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize scripts and create narrative-driven, long-form video content centered around established AI characters
• Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation through final post-production
• Utilize AI video platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and emerging models to produce high-quality visual sequences
• Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques
• Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to deliver cohesive final outputs
• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows
• Share skills and learnings with the broader content team
• Align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy in execution and technical decision-making
• Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar platforms)
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency with traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content
• Fluent English communication skills
• High ownership mentality—able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity with evolving tools
• Fast iteration cycles with ability to test, fail, refine, and improve quickly
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking
• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art or as a colorist
• Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Prior experience in adult content, dating, or adjacent creative industries
• Experience with ComfyUI
• Experience with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling (advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €42,000 – €73,000 annually for UK/Europe-based candidates. This is a freelance position with the client preferring B2B arrangements, though they remain flexible on contract structure for the right candidate committed to long-term impact.
