Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce services organization seeking an Online Marketing Manager for their Stuttgart office. In this role, you will manage advertising budgets for multiple client accounts, optimizing campaign performance to achieve maximum visibility within defined budget parameters. You will work closely with account teams to develop strategic approaches and deliver measurable results through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop search engine advertising strategies in collaboration with account management teams to maximize advertising potential on major e-commerce platforms
• Conduct keyword research and perform on-page and off-page analysis to continuously improve campaign performance
• Optimize and monitor campaigns on an ongoing basis to maximize potential and achieve the best possible results
• Analyze campaign data using specialized analytics tools and derive concrete actions to improve performance metrics
• Build and maintain reporting systems to transparently document campaign results and successes for clients
• Manage platform seller tools to oversee and control advertising campaigns
• Adjust and optimize PPC pricing based on predetermined strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI of advertising measures

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an e-commerce specialist or in a similar field
• Self-directed work style with ability to manage tasks efficiently and independently
• Quick learner who can rapidly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and understand complex relationships
• Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude and ability to make data-based decisions
• Structured communication style, both written and oral
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for campaign analysis and professional presentations
• Experience with marketplace advertising platforms and PPC campaign management preferred
