Business Development Manager – AI Data Solutions (Paris)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology services organization seeking a Business Development Manager to join their AI data solutions division in Paris. Our client operates across more than 100 cities worldwide and specializes in providing high-quality training data for machine learning applications across multiple AI domains. This role offers the opportunity to partner with some of the most prestigious technology companies globally while driving strategic growth in a rapidly expanding service vertical.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical requirements for AI training data solutions
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, proposal, and closure of high-value opportunities
• Manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success throughout engagements
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with revenue targets
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of AI data services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Track opportunities and pipeline activities within CRM systems with accurate forecasting and daily reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones to deliver client solutions
• Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level status updates on account health, risks, and opportunities
• Manage financial aspects of client engagements including budgets and profitability optimization
• Represent the organization at industry tradeshows and contribute to marketing initiatives
• Identify and propose innovative service offerings to meet evolving market needs

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the AI or technology sectors
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in AI-related industries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English and French; additional business-level languages are advantageous
• Superior communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
• Strong client service orientation with commitment to exceeding expectations
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds
• Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitable outcomes
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities and results-driven mindset
