Senior SAP Berater / Entwickler S/4HANA Transformation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the energy sector who is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant / Developer to lead critical S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This is far more than a system migration—you will be reshaping processes, data models, and working methodologies for a leading organization undergoing one of the industry's most significant technological shifts.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement data migration solutions for complex S/4HANA transformation projects
• Analyze SAP and non-SAP source systems to develop extraction, mapping, and transformation concepts
• Develop and optimize migration programs, data quality tools, and validation frameworks
• Support data cleansing, harmonization, and quality assurance efforts
• Automate and optimize migration processes for quality, stability, and performance
• Conduct testing and support both technical and functional go-lives
• Provide expert guidance to functional teams, key users, and data owners on technical and business questions
• Actively contribute strategic insights and innovative solutions throughout transformation projects

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements:

• Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
• Strong proficiency in ABAP and ideally ABAP Objects
• Solid experience in data migration, data modeling, and data quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or comparable migration tools
• Knowledge of SAP Utilities or SAP IS-U is advantageous
• Experience analyzing complex system and process landscapes
