About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Digital Designer to join their Digital Product team in the Philippines (remote-first). Our client is a purpose-driven company in the consumer goods space, and this role offers the chance to design digital experiences that convert curious visitors into loyal subscribers.

Working alongside eCommerce, Growth Marketing, and Creative partners, you'll translate brand campaigns into engaging on-site experiences. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Designer on storefront design, focusing on visual craft, brand expression, and maintaining a fresh, commercially effective digital presence.

This role embraces AI tools to streamline routine tasks—like formatting and asset generation—so you can dedicate more time to creative work that requires human craft and judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Design site takeovers and campaign experiences for product launches and seasonal initiatives
  • Use AI tools to generate draft assets and automate standard formatting tasks, improving workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to iterate on landing pages that connect ad content seamlessly to the shopping experience
  • Partner with the Product Designer to ensure campaign placements integrate smoothly within the everyday storefront
  • Update campaign placements including banners, hero treatments, and product callouts to maintain brand consistency
  • Create engaging digital elements that reward customer curiosity and enhance the user experience
  • Apply campaign briefs to digital surfaces while maintaining brand quality and consistency

What We're Looking For

  • Visual Craft: Strong portfolio of digital design work with excellent typography and composition skills
  • AI Curiosity: Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for production work while maintaining final brand quality control
  • Commercial Interest: Genuine curiosity about campaign performance and willingness to use customer insights to refine designs
  • Collaborative Mindset: Team player who listens well, adapts communication style across different stakeholders (marketing, engineering, etc.), and receives constructive feedback positively
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced campaign environment, and communicate progress clearly
  • Understanding that effective digital design balances aesthetics with user needs and conversion goals
  • Eagerness to learn how design decisions impact key metrics
