Sales Operations Manager (m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data and analytics organization seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Hamburg. This role offers the opportunity to learn how a modern sales organization operates, working with CRM systems, reporting, data management, and operational processes that support commercial teams.

In this hands-on position, you'll collaborate closely with sales operations specialists, CRM administrators, and sales teams. While the role begins with operational responsibilities, it provides clear pathways to take ownership of strategic projects as you develop expertise in the organization's systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to sales teams for day-to-day questions and requests
• Create and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and list views to support sales visibility
• Assist with sales targets, project goals, account assignments, and data quality initiatives
• Support CRM administration including user management, configuration, testing, and documentation
• Manage and coordinate operational support requests through project management tools
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation and integration projects
• Develop expertise in sales operations systems with potential growth into advanced automation, process optimization, and AI-supported operations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, CRM administration, or similar environment
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and interest in working with data and systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or strong motivation to learn it quickly
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, take ownership, and continuously improve processes
• Interest in leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM platforms
• Background in sales reporting and analytics
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence
• Knowledge of ERP or invoicing processes
• Salesforce certification
