About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in their search for an experienced Pre-Sales professional based in Paris, France. Our client is transforming how people engage with health services through an integrated digital platform serving enterprise and public sector clients across Europe.

This Pre-Sales role will strengthen the sales function by providing technical and functional expertise during complex procurement cycles. You'll master the platform, translate prospect needs into solutions, lead RFP responses, and ensure seamless customer onboarding for large accounts.

Given the need for onsite customer engagement, candidates must be based in Paris or Île-de-France (or within 2 hours door-to-door with flexibility to travel to Paris on short notice).

Responsibilities

• Master the platform and enable the Sales team with insights, expertise, and relevant tools
• Listen to and understand prospect needs, working internally to determine optimal solutions
• Build thorough understanding of prospects and assess functional alignment with offerings and capabilities
• Lead RFP submissions and build responses in collaboration with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts
• Participate in customer acquisition journeys to evangelize services and products
• Act as voice of the customer, feeding insights into the product roadmap
• Prepare handovers for smooth customer onboardings
• Coordinate complex customer onboardings leveraging unique knowledge of requirements and specificities
• Actively participate in developing this growing function within the organization

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, including at least 3 years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consultant role
• Highly experienced in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) with involvement in RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Talent for quickly identifying root causes of customer concerns through active listening and requirements elicitation
• Assertiveness and skill in handling objections in complex environments
• Mastery of pitching products with transparency without overselling capabilities
• Ability to break down complex issues, identify product gaps, and define optimal solutions
• Strong high-level stakeholder management skills
• Excellence at prioritizing tasks while meeting commitments
• Team player with eagerness to learn and grow
• Fluency in both French and English

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the French Public Sector
• Experience with HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions
• Experience with Insurance or Health platforms
