Product Marketer

About the Role

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a founding Product Marketer to build category awareness and drive market presence across Europe. This is not a traditional product marketing role—this is a high-visibility founding hire for someone who treats every product release as a launch moment and runs their workflow like a technical system.

Our client is building AI-native financial software for multi-entity companies, competing directly against legacy ERP systems. The product ships meaningful updates weekly. Your job is to ensure the market notices—loudly, repeatedly, and memorably.

Responsibilities

• Become the visible voice of the product across video, events, social channels, podcasts, and industry commentary
• Turn every product release into a coordinated launch moment with supporting assets, messaging, and distribution—often within the same week
• Create competitive content including teardowns, comparison pages, and benchmarks that challenge incumbent platforms
• Build and maintain sales enablement systems that generate battlecards, one-pagers, and positioning documents with minimal manual versioning
• Conduct direct customer research to extract insights and translate them into messaging the market repeats back
• Work closely with product and sales teams with minimal review cycles; you will own the narrative and ship autonomously

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio piece that demonstrates outsized reach: a launch, campaign, video, or stunt that traveled well beyond the company's existing audience
• Demonstrated expertise using AI agents and automation to scale output—this means custom-built workflows, prompt libraries, and systems that let one person produce at team scale
• Approximately 5–8 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, or equivalent demonstrable work
• Finance or accounting domain knowledge, or the capacity and commitment to develop it rapidly
• Comfort shipping work without sign-off or layers of approval
• Located in London with flexibility for regular European travel
• In-office presence five days per week
