We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is building next-generation financial software for modern, global companies. Our client is transforming how businesses manage accounting, reporting, and financial operations through intelligent automation and real-time capabilities.

This is an early-stage, high-growth environment where you'll own product strategy and execution for core workflows that serve finance leaders at scaling companies. You'll be working with a team that values craft, speed, and building products that users genuinely enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of product strategy and execution for a core product area from zero to scale
• Transform complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI-powered experiences
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship high-impact products quickly
• Translate ambiguity into structure by defining clear priorities, metrics, and direction aligned with engineering and go-to-market teams
• Work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to uncover user insights and shape automation opportunities
• Make crisp, high-quality decisions that balance velocity, precision, and impact
• Establish metrics-driven decision-making across your product area
• Build sharp, insight-driven roadmaps that align with company mission

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Multi-disciplinary experience in product development—either product management, engineering, or design within high-growth SaaS and AI startup companies
• Proven ability to translate product vision and customer requirements into actionable guidance for engineering teams
• Influential stakeholder engagement and communication experience at leadership and delivery team levels
• Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, insight, or decision-making
• Ability to apply first-principles thinking to new problems

• Experience in B2B fintech, accounting, or payments
• Exposure to automation, data-heavy products, or ML-powered workflows
• Track record working cross-functionally in small, high-output teams
• Technical fluency—you can discuss APIs and workflows with engineers
• Operating or founding experience at an early-stage startup
• Management consulting background (MBB or equivalent)
