About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded fintech platform in their search for a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts across the DACH region. This is a first-of-its-kind regional role for our client, reporting directly into senior marketing leadership. You will own strategy, events, community, and pipeline development for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This role is based in London with frequent travel across DACH and other European markets. You will work closely with sales, revenue operations, and brand teams to build regional presence from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the full go-to-market strategy for the DACH region, including messaging, localisation, and market positioning
  • Own the regional events calendar from concept to execution—hackathons, sponsorships, roundtables, and partner gatherings
  • Manage the DACH marketing budget and allocate resources strategically across channels and activities
  • Partner with the brand team on regional campaigns, experiential marketing, and content tailored to the DACH market
  • Drive qualified pipeline through a mix of events, campaigns, and community-building initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and revenue operations to ensure lead quality, handoff clarity, and conversion momentum
  • Provide market intelligence and regional insights to inform paid media targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Enable the sales team with collateral, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning specific to DACH
  • Build relationships with press, analysts, and ecosystem partners to establish thought leadership and brand presence

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in field or regional marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in an international expansion context
  • Native-level fluency in German—you can write copy, present confidently, and build relationships in-market
  • Strong track record planning and executing field marketing programs and live events end-to-end
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations without creating friction or bottlenecks
  • Genuine interest in AI tooling and comfort using AI to enhance productivity and output quality
  • Willingness to be based in London (or Munich or Copenhagen) with regular travel across DACH and Europe
  • Comfortable working in-office five days a week within a high-performance, collaborative team environment
