Wir vertreten einen etablierten Immobiliendienstleister im Raum Bonn, der ein kleines, erfahrenes Team führt. Unser Mandant sucht eine Bürokraft oder Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts. Sie werden in einem familiären Umfeld arbeiten und vielseitige kaufmännische sowie immobilienspezifische Aufgaben übernehmen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erledigung allgemeiner Assistenz- und Sekretariatsaufgaben
- Selbständige Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Aufgaben wie Angebotserstellung, Bestellwesen und Buchhaltung
- Organisation und Koordination bürowirtschaftlicher sowie projektbezogener Abläufe
- Terminkoordination, Vorbereitung von Besprechungen und Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs
- Kommunikation mit externen und internen Ansprechpartnern
- Recherche und Aufbereitung von Daten für Immobilienprojekte
- Anwendung von Buchungssystemen und Rechnungswesen-Instrumenten
- Bedienung und Datenpflege des internen Betriebsprogramms
- Erstellung von Grundrissen und projektierungsbezogene Aufgaben
- Kundengewinnung und Kundenbetreuung
- Pflege von Social-Media-Seiten (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) mit Canva
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation und Assistenzarbeit
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere in der Apple-Produktumgebung
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent
- Interesse am Immobilienbereich von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in der Nutzung von Social-Media-Plattformen
- Teamgeist und Flexibilität
Arbeitszeiten: 3 volle Tage plus 2 Nachmittage à 4 Stunden (14–18 Uhr)
