Responsibilities

During this structured apprenticeship (Ausbildung), you will rotate through the commercial departments of a confidential IT systems organization, gaining comprehensive insight into business operations within a modern technology environment.

• Rotate through departments including inside sales, office management, human resources, and accounting
• Support order processing and coordination from initial entry through to delivery
• Process and route invoices; monitor incoming payments
• Obtain supplier quotations and prepare customer proposals
• Monitor and coordinate delivery processes
• Assist with commercial control and monitoring of business processes
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Organize and handle general office and administrative tasks
• Participate in dual education: theoretical instruction at AFBB gGmbH in Dresden, practical training at our client's Dresden location
• Complete a four-week international placement in Ireland or Spain as part of the program

What We're Looking For

• Education: Abitur or Fachabitur completed
• Academic strength: Good marks in German, Mathematics, and English; IT/Computer Science grades advantageous
• Technical affinity: Personal connection to IT helpful (gaming, home server, tech enthusiasm, or similar)
• Software skills: Proficient with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Organizational talent: You thrive on structure and enjoy communicating with colleagues, customers, and service providers
• Work style: Team-oriented yet capable of independent work; resilient and well-organized
• Under pressure: You keep a clear head even in stressful situations
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills
