Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR consulting firm in Iserlohn for an internship in recruiting. During this placement, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities:

• Participate in research and recruiting processes from initial sourcing through final interview stages
• Use multiple channels and media to identify and pre-screen potential candidates
• Attend candidate interviews and selection meetings alongside experienced recruiters
• Maintain the internal candidate database and create detailed candidate profiles
• Support day-to-day operations of a specialized executive search practice

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to connecting with people
• Solid computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
• Genuine interest in learning the recruiting and headhunting profession
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a professional team
• Fluency in German is required for this Iserlohn-based role
