About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology startup in their search for participants in a structured 2-year Global Management Trainee Program. This remote opportunity is designed for high-potential early-career professionals and advanced students seeking accelerated leadership development in a fast-paced technology environment.

This is a cross-functional rotational program where you will gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas, eventually positioning you to own a function or strategic initiative. The program offers two tracks: a part-time Intern Track (minimum 20 hours per week) for final-year students or recent graduates, and a full-time Early Career Track for professionals with 0–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will evolve across four distinct phases over the 24-month program:

• Phase 1 (Months 0–6): Support active projects across multiple functions, track key performance indicators, and optimize internal workflows
• Phase 2 (Months 6–12): Rotate through 2–3 core business functions including growth, operations, product, or monetization; lead defined initiatives and own measurable outcomes
• Phase 3 (Months 12–18): Lead cross-functional projects, manage junior team members, and design scalable operational systems
• Phase 4 (Months 18–24): Own a specific function or major strategic initiative; demonstrate readiness for permanent managerial roles

• Strong academic or professional background: Demonstrated intellectual rigor with excellent written English communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in dynamic startup environments where priorities shift and paths aren't always clearly defined
• 0–3 years of professional experience (Early Career Track) or final-year student/recent graduate status (Intern Track)
• Interest in emerging markets: Curiosity about technology's impact across global markets, particularly in high-growth regions
