About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential design collaboration platform in their search for a Software Engineer - AI Product based in London, United Kingdom. Our client is at the forefront of AI-powered development tools, building products that bridge the gap between design and code through agentic workflows and generative AI capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products that enable seamless collaboration between designers, product managers, and engineers. You'll be building tools that accelerate the journey from concept to production code, working with modern AI technologies including LLMs and agentic systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve AI-powered developer tools and collaboration features
- Take part in building new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to craft high-quality products
- Serve as both a mentor and mentee to exceptional peers across engineering, product, and design
- Build strong personal connections with teammates and contribute to company culture
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer
- Demonstrated strong fluency with React and TypeScript
- Experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions
- Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
- High velocity and a focus on user impact
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading large-scale engineering projects with high impact
- Track record of driving cross-functional projects collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and Research teams
- Experience working with user-facing LLM and agentic product features
- Experience curating and developing evaluation sets and LLMs as judges
