Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote – UK)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company experiencing rapid global growth. Our client seeks a Senior Performance Marketer to take ownership of paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns aggressively in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

This is a hands-on, full-remote role based in the UK. You'll work directly with senior leadership to double down on what's working, run high-velocity testing loops, and explore new growth opportunities across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) and contribute to building scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets
• High-Velocity Testing: Run continuous testing loops on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CAC and LTV metrics
• Performance Analysis: Monitor performance daily using analytics tools; drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
• Reporting Frameworks: Build and maintain internal reporting systems that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves
• Creative Briefing: Own the creative briefing process, defining hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns; collaborate with content and product teams on high-converting landing pages
• Partnership Management: Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, and explore new acquisition opportunities
• Automation and Systems: Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes; create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for scaling efficiently
• Strategic Adaptation: Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and ecosystem shifts; adapt strategy accordingly

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+ per month in paid media spend
• Full ownership experience with campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard creation
• Strong creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion rates
• Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with subscription business models and CAC/LTV frameworks
• Background in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, health tech, etc.)
• Comfort working with uncensored content and advertising in non-traditional categories
