Our talent team is representing a growing AI consulting boutique based in Berlin. Our client works with organizations across industries to bridge the gap between AI ambition and practical implementation—designing architectures, guiding technical roadmaps, and delivering production-ready systems that truly solve business problems.

We're seeking a Technical AI Consultant who combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing skills. This is not a pure development role; you'll architect AI solutions, lead workshops, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee projects from initial requirements through to deployment. If you want to shape how companies adopt AI—not just write code in isolation—this role offers exactly that scope.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI architectures tailored to individual client requirements
• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from requirements analysis to production rollout, collaborating with offshore development teams when needed
• Prepare and facilitate technical workshops to identify AI use cases and define technical roadmaps alongside clients
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, models, and tooling for specific business needs
• Advise clients on technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainable integration of AI into existing IT landscapes
• Translate complex technical concepts into secure, maintainable AI products
• Stay current with developments in AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally in IT or AI consulting or a similar environment with direct customer contact (internal or external)
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML architectures, common frameworks, and modern cloud and software architectures
• A mindset that goes beyond pure development—you want to use your technical knowledge to both build and strategically advise clients on AI-driven solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a confident, professional presence
• Experience preparing and delivering technical workshops or training sessions is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support clients on-site
• Ideally based in Berlin; remote work across Germany is also possible
