About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential IT solutions provider in the Zimmern ob Rottweil area seeking an ELO ECM Application Specialist. Our client specializes in enterprise content management implementations and digital process transformation. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical implementations and work closely with clients to deliver customized ECM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure ELO ECM software within client project environments
- Implement proprietary solutions and modules into customer systems
- Provide technical support to project management teams, including participation in workshops and requirements documentation
- Configure workflows and digital processes based on the ELO platform
- Collaborate with development teams to improve and standardize ECM solutions and custom modules
- Support customer technical assistance and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
- Degree or vocational training in computer science or comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure (Server, networking, Active Directory, Exchange)
- Experience with SQL databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Customer-oriented and self-directed working style
- Willingness to develop deep, long-term expertise in ELO ECM systems
- JavaScript knowledge and process-oriented thinking are advantageous
- German language proficiency required for client interaction
