Responsibilities
We are representing a leading retail media agency in the DACH region, and we're seeking an Account Manager to join their Munich team. In this role, you will:
- Manage 2–4 client accounts alongside experienced account managers, gradually taking on increased responsibility
- Oversee advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Zalando, and other major marketplace platforms
- Work daily with proprietary AI-powered analytics and automation tools to optimize campaign performance
- Interpret AI-generated insights and translate them into actionable strategies for budgets, bids, and content optimization
- Prepare performance reviews and client presentations, participating actively in client meetings
- Provide structured feedback to internal systems and contribute to continuous process improvement
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in retail media, marketplace management, or performance marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Ads or comparable platforms such as Zalando, Otto, or AboutYou
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators including TACoS, POAS, ROAS, ACOS, and CPA
- Genuine interest in AI tools and enthusiasm for adopting innovative working methods
- Excellent client communication skills with a passion for continuous learning
- Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
