Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS organization seeking a Product Designer to join their global User Experience team in Manchester. In this role, you will own feature-level product design, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve complex design challenges impacting thousands of enterprise users worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering user-centered solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, business goals, and emerging AI capabilities
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle
- Participating in discovery activities including customer interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Designing intuitive experiences across traditional enterprise workflows and AI-powered interactions
- Producing high-quality user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Working with and contributing to the organization's design system to ensure consistent, accessible, and cohesive product experiences
- Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions and continuously improve experiences
- Advocating for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and thoughtful AI adoption across the product ecosystem
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Professional experience in product design
- Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proven experience designing for data-rich, workflow-heavy interfaces and complex systems
- High proficiency in Figma and experience working within comprehensive design systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly to cross-functional partners
- A systems-thinking mindset with a passion for high craft, continuous iteration, and constructive feedback
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing for enterprise platforms, including admin, builder, data modeling, or AI-assisted workflows
- Exposure to designing AI-powered experiences such as conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, or generative AI features
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design decisions translate into technical implementation
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and inclusive design practices
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, financial systems, business planning software, or complex B2B solutions
- Experience operating within Agile, cross-functional product teams
