Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing recruiting consultancy based in Bielefeld that is building out its talent acquisition team. In this role, you will own the full cycle of recruiting strategy and delivery for multiple client organizations.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing why a client's hiring efforts are falling short—examining target audience definition, employer positioning, channel selection, and process efficiency
• Developing data-driven recruiting strategies and presenting them to decision-makers at client companies
• Winning new client accounts through proactive outreach, phone prospecting, and referral generation
• Planning and managing multi-channel recruiting campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting tactics based on results
• Reviewing incoming applications, conducting initial candidate screening interviews, and creating a memorable candidate experience
• Maintaining ownership of client projects from strategy through successful placement
• Working cleanly in CRM systems, tracking key performance indicators, and deriving actionable insights from campaign data
• Collaborating with marketing and leadership to continuously refine recruiting methodologies

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone who understands how audience targeting, channel strategy, and process design work together to deliver hiring results. This understanding may come from agency recruiting, staffing firms, or in-house talent acquisition roles.

Required capabilities:

• Consultative mindset—you ask incisive questions, think in solutions, and communicate recommendations that win stakeholder buy-in
• Business development readiness—you are comfortable prospecting for new client relationships and view it as an integral part of the role
• Data fluency—you read campaign analytics, recognize patterns, and take informed action accordingly
• Self-direction—you manage your own workload, maintain focus after setbacks, and measure yourself against outcomes
• Fluency in German (the role operates primarily in the German market)

Educational background matters less than capability and drive. Recruiting experience is valued but not mandatory if you demonstrate strong transferable skills.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are structured as a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission without a cap.
