🚀Senior Consultant SAP Real Estate (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a specialized consulting firm focused on real estate management processes and SAP system implementation. As a Senior Consultant, you will take on varied and challenging responsibilities:

• Quickly orient yourself to client-specific requirements, taking on sub-project and project leadership responsibilities independently
• Work collaboratively to provide expert support and consulting services to clients in the real estate sector
• Identify and evaluate optimization opportunities in business processes and their IT implementation
• Actively participate in business development activities and contribute technical specifications for internal product development
• Lead projects autonomously while maintaining high standards of quality and client service

What We're Looking For

This is a senior-level position requiring significant hands-on experience. Our client needs someone who can immediately contribute without extensive onboarding:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, technology, or a comparable qualification (ideally with connection to real estate)
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in real estate environments
• Strong SAP experience implementing real estate management processes, with mandatory expertise in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance
• Proven track record of independently leading (not just supporting) multiple SAP projects in real estate contexts
• Ability to independently gather client requirements, analyze them thoroughly, and translate them into viable solutions
• Confidence representing technical topics to clients, preparing decisions, and driving initiatives forward independently
• Precise, self-directed work approach with high quality standards
• Team-oriented and service-focused mindset with professional, confident client-facing demeanor
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, plus good English proficiency
• Strong MS Office skills

Important note: This role targets experienced consultants who can quickly assume responsibility and work productively in client projects without intensive training. If you have only limited exposure to SAP or real estate management, or would need comprehensive foundational training, this position may not be the right fit.
