As their dedicated talent partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a Web Growth Manager – SEO & GEO to drive organic growth strategy across large-scale web platforms. This role sits at the intersection of traditional search optimization and emerging AI-powered discovery systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth for multiple high-traffic consumer platforms serving German and French markets
• Develop and execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies aligned with business objectives
• Optimize visibility in traditional search engines and AI-powered search systems including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
• Identify growth opportunities across content, landing pages, internal linking, technical SEO, UX, and conversion optimization
• Own web growth projects from analysis and prioritization through implementation and success measurement
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to integrate SEO, GEO, and growth requirements into product roadmaps
• Analyze search, user, and performance data to develop hypotheses and derive concrete optimization tests
• Build scalable solutions for page types and templates while maintaining technical quality, content standards, and user experience
• Monitor changes in the search ecosystem, AI search evolution, and user behavior to test new approaches proactively

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in SEO with demonstrated ownership of optimization projects
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, content SEO, search intent, and internal linking strategies
• Interest in GEO, AI search, and large language models with desire to shape this emerging field (practical GEO experience is a plus but not required)
• Ability to think beyond rankings to encompass UX, conversion rate optimization, product development, and holistic web growth
• Data-driven work approach using analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, or comparable SEO platforms
• Cross-functional collaboration skills to translate SEO and growth requirements into concrete solutions with Product, Development, and Content teams
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies is advantageous
• Fluent German (minimum C2 level) and English communication skills
• Proactive, curious, and independent working style with enthusiasm for experimentation and continuous improvement
