About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions Consultant (AI) based in Munich. This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI engineering, executive value consulting, and strategic account management. You will architect cutting-edge AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients, working with process intelligence platforms and large language model technologies to solve mission-critical operational challenges.

Native-level German proficiency is required for this role. You must be able to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and AI Solutioning: Lead technical discovery sessions with strategic accounts. Translate complex customer requirements into enterprise-grade AI architectures. Prototype and build bespoke AI solutions targeting specific operational pain points using state-of-the-art technologies.
• AI Solution Development: Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects. Architect secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), integration tools, and compliance guardrails. Ensure seamless integration with enterprise data, identity, and security frameworks.
• Value Selling and Realization: Act as trusted advisor to C-suite executives. Demonstrate ROI and business impact through compelling transformation narratives. Maintain active engagement until agreed-upon value thresholds and adoption metrics are achieved.
• Domain Specialization: Apply deep industry expertise (supply chain, finance, or similar domains) to architect end-to-end solutions. Create reusable methodologies and scalable assets. Mentor junior team members on best practices.
• Executive Engagement: Deliver whiteboarding sessions, formal presentations, and demos to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, in both German and English.

What We're Looking For

• Executive-Facing Presales Experience (5+ years): Proven track record independently owning technical sales cycles and driving AI transformation narratives. Demonstrated experience with Proof-of-Value execution, complex ROI/TCO modeling, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Domain and Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of operational workflows in industries such as supply chain, finance, manufacturing, or similar domains. Ability to connect systemic business bottlenecks to strategic AI solutions and speak the language of C-suite executives.
• Software and Data Engineering: Strong Python proficiency, modular API design, advanced SQL, and experience creating reusable libraries. Hands-on expertise with ML/AI frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or Hugging Face.
• AI/LLM Technologies: Experience architecting and implementing large language model systems, agent frameworks, and RAG solutions in enterprise environments.
• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders, through whiteboarding, demos, and formal presentations.
• Education: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Language Requirement: Native-level or near-native German language skills (written and spoken) with the ability to confidently facilitate workshops and present to German-speaking executive stakeholders. Strong English proficiency also required.
