Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Senior Sales Consultant (m/w/d) for their Eschbach location. This is a full-time, structured sales role focused on measurable results and process excellence.

In this position, you will:

• Conduct targeted client acquisition through systematic outreach, needs analysis, and adherence to established sales frameworks
• Maintain stable client relationships with documented follow-ups and clearly defined service steps
• Execute sales processes according to defined standards, work with KPIs, and ensure no procedural steps are skipped
• Collaborate closely with the team, ensuring clear handoffs and orientation through established structures
• Drive closing rates through disciplined application of proven sales methodologies

• Multiple years of sales experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments
• Genuine enthusiasm for targets, metrics, and the visible success that comes from clear processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with structured execution and self-directed accountability
• Clear, efficient communication in German and English without unnecessary complexity
• Leadership approach built on systems and structure rather than abstract vision
• Strong understanding of sales process discipline and reliability in execution
