Regional Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential engineering organization in Bad Nauheim seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to bridge product strategy, marketing execution, and commercial success in the German market.

This is not a typical marketing role. You will connect product management, marketing teams, and sales operations to drive measurable market impact. You will have genuine influence over go-to-market strategy, brand development, and how products reach customers across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local product and marketing strategy aligned with European operations
• Manage product portfolio lifecycle, identifying opportunities and launching new solutions to market
• Design go-to-market plans, campaigns, and communication measures that deliver results
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives
• Lead trade marketing activities including customer events, trade shows, and partner programs
• Evolve brand communications across multiple customer touchpoints
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, steering projects independently
• Plan and manage marketing budget
• Lead and develop your team, creating an environment where strong ideas emerge
• Collaborate with international colleagues across European markets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of leadership experience managing marketing or product management teams
• Several years of experience in product management, marketing, or similar cross-functional roles
• Proven ability to develop product and brand strategies while driving operational execution
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales structures
• Experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive decisions from data and market intelligence
• Collaborative approach to working across departments and international teams
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build consensus around strategic initiatives
• University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, engineering, or related field
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience in construction, industrial, or B2B sectors is helpful but not required
