Senior Social Media Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization based in Germany that specializes in GPS tracking technology. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear strategy and vision for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Establish a consistent brand presence across all channels (tone of voice, visual identity, content formats)
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar, either producing content directly or overseeing production
• Test different formats and strategies, measure results, and optimize performance
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships and collaborations
• Collaborate closely with marketing, graphic design, and video teams
• Report regularly on reach, engagement metrics, and campaign results

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in e-commerce or for a product-based company
• Ability to think strategically while also executing hands-on tasks
• Proven track record of building channels or growing online communities
• Native-level German proficiency; B2-C1 English for internal communication
• Proficiency with common planning, analytics, and content creation tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms)
• Strong eye for trends, visual storytelling, and brand voice
• Self-directed and organized work style, essential for fully remote collaboration
