Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld seeking a career changer for a combined recruiting and business development role. You will work directly with both employers and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Client Acquisition & Account Management:

• Conduct outbound outreach via telephone and direct contact to introduce digital recruiting solutions to prospective clients
• Identify hiring pain points and recommend tailored approaches
• Present solutions and guide conversations through to signed agreements
• Manage active campaigns independently from planning through delivery and optimization

Candidate Management:

• Review incoming applications and conduct initial phone screenings
• Ensure candidates receive a professional, positive experience throughout the process
• Own projects end-to-end until placements are completed

Administrative & Collaboration:

• Maintain CRM documentation and track all pipeline activity against measurable targets
• Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams
• Provide feedback on process improvements

What We're Looking For

Our client specifically welcomes career changers from retail, hospitality, skilled trades, telesales, or customer service backgrounds. No prior recruiting or HR experience is required.

Essential qualities:

• Comfort engaging with people via phone, video, and in-person meetings
• Resilience in the face of rejection; you understand that "no" is part of the process
• Strong listening skills and a consultative mindset—you ask questions before offering solutions
• Ambition beyond a routine job; willingness to invest in learning new skills
• German language fluency required for client and candidate communication
