Junior Consultant – Vertrieb & Recruiting in einer Rolle (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld seeking a Junior Consultant to handle both business development and candidate sourcing in one integrated role.

In this position, you will own the full client lifecycle from initial outreach through successful placement:

• Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone and direct outreach to generate interest in data-driven recruiting solutions
• Analyze each organization's talent acquisition challenges, identify specific needs, and develop tailored strategies
• Present your recommendations persuasively and guide prospects through to contract signing
• Once agreements are in place, independently manage recruiting projects from campaign planning through final hire
• Coordinate incoming applications, pre-qualify candidates, and ensure professional candidate experience throughout
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, track your pipeline, and work systematically toward KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams while contributing process improvement ideas

• German language proficiency for client-facing communication in the Bielefeld market
