Senior Creative (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential social media and digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Creative professional to lead their social-first content strategy. This role is based in Berlin and offers hybrid working arrangements.

Our client works across multiple consumer brands and platforms, developing campaign concepts that leverage social intelligence and platform-specific content strategies. You'll be the creative engine driving concepts from ideation through execution, collaborating with strategy, account management, content teams, and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative social media concepts and campaign ideas tailored to specific platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat)
• Translate current social trends and insights into compelling social-first narratives, including influencer and creator concepts
• Write high-performing social copy, hooks, and scripts for short-form content (Reels, TikToks)
• Support development and structuring of content formats for always-on campaigns and major initiatives
• Work hands-on with interdisciplinary teams, accompany productions, and use prototyping tools (moodboards, storyboards) for quality assurance
• Leverage AI tools for ideation sessions and implementation while maintaining a data-driven approach to creative KPIs and testing

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of creative experience with clear focus on concept development and copywriting
• Strong instinct for social-first content and deep understanding of platform dynamics and trends
• Fluent communication and copywriting skills in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Hands-on mentality with passion for testing and expertise in creative KPIs and performance thinking
• Proficiency with AI tools for ideation and content creation
• Strong skills in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with influencer/creator campaigns and consumer brands
