As the Country Sales Manager, you will own new business development, lead pipeline generation, and establish C-level relationships while working with a cutting-edge customer engagement solution trusted by leading digital-first companies worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business development while consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Lead pipeline generation, partner ecosystem management, and branding initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong C-level relationships across key accounts and prospects
• Establish deep product knowledge and stay current on platform solutions
• Navigate large organizations to identify decision makers and accelerate deal cycles
• Bring an entrepreneurial and consultative approach to every customer interaction
• Leverage your network across marketing and product leadership in digital-first companies

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or AdTech
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• Strong consultative sales approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships at the executive level
• Extensive network across marketing and product heads in digital-first companies across Singapore and Malaysia
• Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision makers quickly
• Genuine passion for technology and the digital landscape
