We're seeking a Senior Product Manager, Fintech to simplify and automate complex payments and banking challenges in a regulated environment. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders, industry leaders, financial institutions, and fintech providers to build compliant payment and banking solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented designers, engineers, and product marketers to bring strategic initiatives from concept to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the payments product roadmap, including real-time payment capabilities, banking options, compliance interactions, data integration, and frontend experiences
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all payment capabilities meet KYC/AML and compliance requirements
• Articulate, own, and communicate your vision and roadmap across cross-functional teams and the broader organization
• Own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your domain and ensure product metrics align with company goals
• Conduct market research on emerging payment technologies and B2B marketplace patterns
• Partner with account management, business development, and marketing teams to launch capabilities and drive customer adoption
• Collaborate with product managers to embed payment solutions within core checkout flows, banking, liquidity solutions, and internal systems
• Manage trade-offs and prioritization between design, engineering, time-to-market, and customer experience
• Translate product vision into executable roadmaps in partnership with your development team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience driving innovation and capabilities for digital payments and/or banking-focused products
• Proven track record of developing and acting on customer insights with a customer-centric approach
• Experience managing a fintech ecosystem with multiple third-party partners in the payments and banking industry
• Strong understanding of the B2B software environment and embedded finance technologies
• Experience building and integrating with APIs and financial data products for bank account onboarding, payment facilitation, and financial product integration (such as credit)
• Ability to coordinate requirements across diverse stakeholders, banking/tech partners, and development teams
• Strong analytical skills to define opportunities, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions
• Familiarity with research, prototypes, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making
• Interest in emerging regulated industries and passion for fintech and disruptive banking technologies
