Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential spatial analytics organization that is seeking a Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager to join their remote Growth & Demand Generation team. This role is open to candidates based in Spain or Argentina.

Our client serves major global brands and operates a cloud-native platform trusted by data scientists, analysts, and developers worldwide. You'll play a key role in driving pipeline generation through integrated campaigns and field marketing programs across core verticals including insurance, public sector, and telecom.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication) that build pipeline against target verticals and accounts
• Own small, bespoke in-person events including workshops, roundtables, dinners, and sponsor activations, working from concept through on-site execution
• Design and run non-digital ABM tactics such as direct mail, executive gifting, and account-specific collateral to complement digital ABM plays
• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to identify target accounts, shape event guest lists, and convert field engagement into qualified pipeline
• Manage vendors, venues, and budgets for events end-to-end in collaboration with the events manager
• Build and maintain campaign and event tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce, reporting performance against pipeline and revenue goals
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on messaging, content, and creative for campaigns and events
• Leverage AI tools to optimize campaign builds, reporting, and event logistics
• Travel occasionally (approximately twice per year) to support on-site event execution

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience planning and running small-to-mid scale in-person events (workshops, roundtables, dinners) end-to-end
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and how field and event programs support ABM motions
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events against competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders across time zones
• Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on pipeline impact rather than just activity metrics
• AI fluency in the operational management of campaigns and events

Pay

Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed transparently during the process. Our client also offers an annual bonus of up to 10% based on company objectives, plus access to an Employee Stock Options Plan.
