We are representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization seeking a Project Manager II/Patient Insights Operations Manager to lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies. Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research projects from study launch through closeout, ensuring compliance with GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on quality standards, timelines, and budget parameters
• Maintain accountability for financial performance and coordinate activities across all study partners
• Ensure quality and completeness of Trial Master Files (TMF) for assigned projects
• Oversee development and implementation of project plans, including contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain study information across multiple databases and systems
• Prepare and present project management reports to clients and senior management
• Lead internal and external meetings, demonstrating strong presentation capabilities
• Participate in business development activities and may provide line management to other team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Clinical research organization (CRO) experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Direct therapeutic area expertise
• Strong organizational abilities with proven time management skills and capacity to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies and adapt to changing environments
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed
