About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization seeking a Project Manager II/Patient Insights Operations Manager to lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this client to find an experienced professional who can oversee project delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical research projects from study launch through closeout, ensuring compliance with GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on quality standards, timelines, and budget parameters
- Maintain accountability for financial performance and coordinate activities across all study partners
- Ensure quality and completeness of Trial Master Files (TMF) for assigned projects
- Oversee development and implementation of project plans, including contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain study information across multiple databases and systems
- Prepare and present project management reports to clients and senior management
- Lead internal and external meetings, demonstrating strong presentation capabilities
- Participate in business development activities and may provide line management to other team members
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clinical research organization (CRO) experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Direct therapeutic area expertise
- Strong organizational abilities with proven time management skills and capacity to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed
