Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer telemetry, engagement signals, and health scores to identify risks and expansion opportunities
  • Trigger and manage automated customer journeys and targeted outreach based on user behavior patterns
  • Support customer inquiries using structured playbooks and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to route expansion opportunities with actionable context and supporting data
  • Partner with Customer Success Operations, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to refine digital journeys and improve program performance
  • Maintain accurate and structured data in customer success platforms and CRM systems to support execution and reporting
  • Identify patterns across customer cohorts and contribute to improvements in playbooks, segmentation, and automation
  • Execute lifecycle playbooks aligned with educational calendars and seasonal readiness needs
  • Maintain operational excellence across customer success tools including accurate health scores and lifecycle tracking

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years executing digital or scaled customer success programs that drive adoption, retention, or engagement outcomes in K–12 EdTech or SaaS environments
  • Proven experience managing high-volume portfolios using one-to-many engagement strategies such as lifecycle campaigns, webinars, or targeted outreach
  • Background supporting onboarding and adoption of technology products for educators or administrators
  • Experience using customer data, telemetry, or health signals to identify risks or opportunities and take action using structured playbooks
  • Strong operational skills within CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Vitally, Gainsight), maintaining high-quality data
  • Experience working within K–12 environments or supporting educators and administrators in adopting technology solutions

Preferred Skills:

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Product, and GTM teams to improve customer journeys
  • Experience running or contributing to structured programs, testing variations, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on results
  • Ability to identify patterns across customer cohorts and contribute to improving workflows and lifecycle programs
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to translate product value into clear, actionable guidance for educators

Performance Expectations:

  • First 90 days: Develop working expertise across products and workflows; assess assigned cohort using data and segmentation; execute digital lifecycle programs
  • 6 months: Routinely identify and route qualified expansion signals; demonstrate measurable adoption improvements; partner on identifying recurring issues
