Role Overview

At Customer.io, we're seeking an experienced engineering leader to own several of our product development engineering teams. This role is for someone who thrives on driving business impact by setting clear goals, holding teams accountable to schedules, and personally leading complex initiatives from start to finish. Your first mandate will be a high-priority, executive-visible platform initiative where you'll set the direction, align the organization, and see it through to completion.
