Full Stack Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is building next-generation financial products across Southeast Asia. Our talent team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their product development efforts in Thailand. This is a remote role for engineers who thrive on shipping complete features and moving quickly from concept to production.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build and ship complete product features spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
• Create customer-facing and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, support automation, KYC, and risk management
• Transform ambiguous product requirements into working systems with clean user experiences and reliable backend logic
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineering teams to launch rapidly and iterate post-release
• Develop internal tools and automation that reduce manual operations and enable team scalability
• Own your work beyond deployment: monitor production systems, debug issues, and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven full stack engineering experience with demonstrable shipped products
• Proficiency across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging
• Strong frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frameworks
• Solid backend fundamentals including API design, data modeling, authentication, third-party integrations, and system reliability
• Product-minded approach with ability to simplify complex workflows
• Comfort working quickly with ambiguity and owning end-to-end outcomes
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with global teams
• Current residency in Thailand (required for this market-specific role)

• Developers who build UI without considering backend or operational impact
• Those who avoid production support responsibilities
