Enterprise Solution Architect, Quote-to-Revenue

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect, Quote-to-Revenue to serve as a strategic advisor to their established customer base. In this role, you'll partner with live, already-implemented clients to maximize platform value, align technical solutions with business objectives, and drive measurable outcomes across complex Quote-to-Revenue operations.

This is a customer-facing role focused on optimizing existing deployments, delivering strategic roadmaps, and ensuring clients continuously extract value from their billing, revenue, and CPQ investments as their businesses evolve.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to develop phased, actionable roadmaps aligned with their strategic business goals and growth trajectories
• Design scalable solutions that adapt to changing business needs while maintaining best practices in subscription management and Quote-to-Revenue processes
• Serve as a strategic advisor, providing insights on industry trends, process optimizations, and operational efficiency improvements
• Lead standardization and optimization workshops to assess configurations, workflows, and customizations, establishing efficient and scalable frameworks
• Conduct technical configuration and integration reviews, delivering tailored recommendations to maximize ROI and user satisfaction
• Proactively identify innovation opportunities that help customers leverage the platform for competitive advantage and operational agility
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder solutions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands-on experience with billing, revenue recognition, and CPQ platforms in enterprise environments, designing scalable solutions
• Deep technical expertise with both billing and revenue management systems at enterprise scale
• 10+ years domain experience in Billing and Revenue Management, plus ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Proven track record delivering customer-aligned roadmaps and strategic advisory that evolves with business needs
• Strong integration proficiency with REST APIs and ETL patterns, including experience integrating with ERP, CRM, and core systems
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with GDPR, FISMA, ASC 606, and IFRS 15 compliance standards and their revenue recognition implications
• Experience adapting solutions across diverse industries, particularly subscription-based business models
• Track record managing complex, global projects across international and cross-cultural settings
• Expertise leading workshops for standardization, configuration refinement, and process improvements
• Independent consulting experience with proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Strong collaboration skills leading cross-functional teams in large-scale solution delivery
