About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join their fully remote, distributed team. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing startup building innovative financial technology solutions across multiple markets.

This position is based in the United Kingdom and operates on a fully remote basis with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand and address talent acquisition and people operations needs
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across various functions
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding and employee data compliance
• Provide HR support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Manage HR projects including talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Stay current on industry trends in HR and talent acquisition, implementing best practices
• Manage employee relations issues with timely and effective resolution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in global talent acquisition and HR roles, ideally within startups or fintech environments
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Fluent English proficiency; Spanish and Portuguese are advantageous
• Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote settings
• Goal-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving capabilities
• Personal computer with camera and reliable internet connection
• Availability to commit 8-16 hours per week minimum
