About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential insurance brokerage seeking a Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist to support their Medicare sales operations. This non-technical role focuses on monitoring and evaluating sales agent performance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer service delivery. Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound sales calls to evaluate agent performance across multiple dimensions including demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service quality, tone, and voice inflections
- Assess conformity to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
- Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses in individual calls and overall agent performance
- Support the Medicare sales team by ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination
- Provide feedback and documentation to help improve sales quality and compliance
- Maintain meticulous records and work habits in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with leadership to implement quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the insurance industry
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferred)
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior active listening abilities and excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Organized, motivated self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Health insurance license preferred but not required
