Teamleiter Kundenservice

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Teamleiter Kundenservice to lead a customer service team in Germany. In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of customer service professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Take ownership of team performance and continuously optimize results through measurable goals related to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and productivity
• Act as coach and sparring partner to your team members, helping them improve relevant KPIs and achieve top performance
• Guide the professional development and skill-building of your team members
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to optimization projects
• Work evenings and weekends as required by the business

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed vocational training or university degree
• Native-level German language skills and fluent business English
• Suitable home office workspace for hybrid work
• Initial leadership experience preferred, though motivated professionals with limited management experience who want to develop their career are welcome
• Strong focus on achieving maximum customer satisfaction and ability to instill this mindset in your team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
