About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential medical device organization seeking a Clinical Specialist to support their vascular closure product line in the Tidewater, Virginia territory. This field-based role combines clinical expertise with customer education, working alongside regional sales leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes for healthcare providers and their patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with territory sales teams to provide case coverage and ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for product troubleshooting, in-service education, and procedural support
• Educate physicians, nurses, and lab technicians on proper clinical usage and product benefits
• Engage healthcare professionals in procedural and technical discussions, linking clinical data to key product messaging
• Identify client clinical needs and goals related to patient care, demonstrating how medical solutions can address specific challenges
• Maintain regular communication with sales leadership, transferring account knowledge and updates on a weekly basis
• Stay current on industry developments in therapy and technology within the cardiovascular space

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of directly related experience in the medical industry
• Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and educate diverse clinical personalities including physicians, nurses, and laboratory technicians
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical data into meaningful customer conversations
• Field-based professional comfortable working independently within a defined geographic territory
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Tidewater, Virginia area
