Alternance – Conseiller de Vente (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential French fashion retail client seeking a Sales Advisor (Alternance/Work-Study) for their boutique location in Lyon. In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by prioritizing client needs and ensuring optimal service at all times
• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and empathy to create memorable shopping moments
• Identify customer preferences and desires through personalized consultations
• Present product collections and guide customers through different product universes
• Maintain professional presentation standards and embody the brand's aesthetic
• Handle customer concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Support visual merchandising standards, including product placement and floor presentation
• Verify product labeling and pricing accuracy
• Participate in merchandising installations and maintain commercial standards
• Communicate the company's sustainability and CSR initiatives to customers
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
• Support all ancillary store operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in fashion retail, hospitality, food service, sales, or customer-facing roles (or strong interest in developing these skills)
• Passion for client relationships and customer service excellence
• Strong fashion sensitivity and awareness of current trends
• Excellent personal presentation and professional grooming standards
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for collaboration
• High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and desire to develop product knowledge
• Proactive attitude with ability to suggest improvements to customer experience
• Fluency in French required
• Must be eligible for alternance/work-study contract in France
