Digital Sales and Service Representative

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential contact lens e-commerce organization in a search for a Digital Sales and Service Representative. This is a remote position for candidates residing in Utah, North Carolina, or Texas. You'll join a customer-obsessed team that has built its reputation on making vision care simple and accessible through chat and email support.

Start Date: October 5, 2026
Training: Three weeks, 10 AM – 5 PM MT, Monday–Friday (100% attendance required)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, afternoon/evening shifts (example: 2:30 PM – 11 PM MT)
Weekend Requirement: One weekend shift required (Saturdays preferred)
Location: Remote (must reside in Utah, North Carolina, or Texas)

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 concurrent customer chats using the NICE CXOne platform, handling approximately 40+ chats per 8-hour shift
• Consult customers on product options and value, driving sales through every interaction
• Respond to incoming emails and SMS messages as needed
• Request prescriptions from eye care providers via phone when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced digital environment
• Identify and resolve customer issues proactively to create positive experiences
• Maintain high performance across sales metrics, quality standards, availability, and response times
• Participate actively in virtual team meetings, one-on-ones, and team communication channels
• Follow company policies and procedures as directed by leadership

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience
• Chat sales and contact center experience strongly preferred
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with strong technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection: minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Private, dedicated workspace free from interruptions that ensures confidentiality
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong drive
• Dependability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Must currently reside in Utah, North Carolina, or Texas

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $15.00 per hour base, plus monthly performance bonus potential of up to $6.00 per hour for those who qualify.
